Annual dues

Straightforward pricing.

The pool and tennis courts are open seven days a week, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Family Membership
$336 / year
  • Your whole household, all summer

  • + $150 annual Workday Assessment — fully refundable when your family works 6+ hours
Individual Membership
$194 / year
  • Full access for one member
  • Pool, tennis, and social events
  • Swim lessons at the member rate
  • + $150 annual Workday Assessment — refundable for hours worked

How to join

All applications are subject to acceptance by the Board of Directors. All applications must include a $25.00 payment. New members have their Workday Assessment waived for the first year.

One-time costs at acceptance — $400 total: a $300 Stock Certificate + a $100 Initiation Fee. The Stock Certificate is refunded after 5 years of membership (pro-rated for shorter periods). A $25 application fee is due with every application.

How the bond system works

The club is member-owned. Members purchase a bond (stock certificate) from a departing member and receive a membership certificate. When resigning, the bond is refunded — pro-rated if held less than 5 years. Operating costs are covered through annual dues and guest fees.
